About the chef
Your host is a French private chef who fell in love with Catania and never looked back.
After training in local Sicilian cuisine, he made it his mission to share the flavors and stories of this beautiful region with visitors from around the world.
With his deep knowledge of the city and its culinary traditions, he'll guide you on a journey filled with great food, laughter, and unforgettable moments.
